IVR Systems

DiseaseTrak’s Integrated Voice Response (IVR) systems allow callers to automatically
access healthcare information using a touch-tone telephone. Applications include
verification of member enrollment, obtaining member financial benefits information,
determining the status of patients within a program, and accessing account balances.
This information is obtained through an interface to the DiseaseTrak software platform.

DiseaseTrak IVR offers many benefits to its partners:
-- Information is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
-- Faster service to providers and members.
-- Decreased wait times and abandonment rates.
-- Increase incoming call capacity without adding service reps.
-- Online, real-time system status checks.

DiseaseTrak has created a series of IVR applications that can be selectively integrated
to provide custom call handling solutions for partners, including:

Member Eligibility Application
The eligibility application allows the partner’s subscriber network to use a touch-tone telephone to confirm enrollment
based on a customer service number (CSN). Enrollment information is determined through a real-time data link between
the IVR and the DiseaseTrak database, ensuring that information provided to the caller is current. Other information that
can be given to the caller includes patient diagnosis and formulary of covered products.

Financial Application
This application allows patients and providers to retrieve financial information over the phone without tying up staff.
The patients have access to real-time account balances when they are enrolled in a co-pay assistance program. The
providers can use the application to verify funding, log a claim, and retrieve a one-time use Visa for patient co-payments.

Survey Questionnaires
DiseaseTrak can create and implement customized questionnaires based on the needs of the partner and their products.
Patients, providers, or caregivers without access to the web can call an 800 number and provide patient-specific answers
to tailored questions, which can provide valuable and insightful feedback.
