Private Foundations are HIPAA compliant private labeled co-pay assistance programs that are implemented for commercial patients only and branded by specific drug and manufacturer.

Foundation dollars are always used as a secondary pay source and patients are never out of pocket (if you so choose). Retail and Buy and Bill payments are received at POS and detailed data is collected, aggregated, and reported back to the client via the web and based on a set schedule by the client.
