The Private Label Referral Engine, iRefer, is a unique electronic patient referral portal and workflow manager.
The portal is branded to the client and/or program and can either be included as a part of a DiseaseTrak HUB program or provided on behalf of our clients to their third party HUB provider.
Through universal queuing, we can match a patient’s request with the most appropriate provider or channel for their
request. Providers can include co-pay assistance organizations, infusion and home health providers, specialty pharmacies, physicians, and patient assistance organizations.
This solution increases the speed in which a patient starts therapy, eliminates manual mistakes, and decreases the
costs of misdirected patients.
