The DiseaseTrak team is dedicated in providing our clients with superior service. Program management begins with the scope and development process and continues throughout the partnership. The implementation and program management teams will be introduced and will work closely with each client to ensure that the development, implementation and launch of each service and/or program remain seamless.
 
After launch, clients will continue to receive program management and be assigned a dedicated program manager to serve as an extension of the client internally and as the liaison within each of the vendors to ensure that the clients’ needs are met. The program manager will also be responsible for updating clients on program trends, successes and needs.
