Mr. Manning has spent over 20 years in the healthcare industry in the areas of specialty pharmacy, healthcare technology and patient management services. As a pharmacist, he has extensive experience in all areas of healthcare including reimbursement, IT, pharmacy operations, logistics, data collection and management, patient assistance programs, co-pay assistance, patient care and clinical patient management programs. In his current role as CEO for CDF Services, he leads a dedicated team building and implementing patient programs for pharmaceutical manufacturers and other clients that encompass a full suite of services that Challenge the Ordinary. Mr. Manning joined DiseaseTrak® as President in 2007, working with software developers and data specialist to build and manage proprietary software solutions focused on the uniqueness of each partner’s program. The DiseaseTrak® platform is a fundamental piece in differentiating CDF Services. Mr. Manning served as Senior Vice President of Operations at IVPCARE, now a Walgreens specialty company prior to joining DiseaseTrak®.
Mr. Manning graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Pharmacy.
Jan Nielsen, R.N. M.P.A, C.C.R.N, C.N.N.

Ms. Nielsen is a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience in the health care arena providing innovation and leadership. She has developed and launched best-in-class patient adherence solutions both in the Pharmaceutical and Payer environments. Ms. Nielsen’s programs and technical solutions have demonstrated and delivered improved outcomes and measurable returns on investments. Her past positions have included Vice President, Clinical Services for the Lash Group, Senior Vice President, Care Management Solutions and Vice President, Health Service Coordination, RMS Disease Management, Inc. Ms. Nielsen is also the former Chief Operating Officer for Renaissance Health Care, Inc. a specialty care company dedicated to the care of End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) and Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD).
Ms. Nielsen graduated from the United States Army School of Nursing with an Associate Degree of Nursing, RN. She also has a Bachelors of Human Services and a Masters of Public Administration from Notre Dame.
Rekha Wagle
Manager, Human Resources
Ms. Wagle is the Manager of Human Resources for CDF Services. In this role, Ms. Wagle leads the human resource function for this growing organization. She has a proven track record of being highly professional, knowledgeable and trusted HR business partner for the management, simultaneously serving as an advocate for the company’s employees. Ms. Wagle has 15 years experience in various roles in human resources for diverse organizations. Most recently, she provided her human resource skills to Microsoft, a leading software development company. She also has experience in the high technology engineering and support centers, working for Sabre, Inc. and Raytheon Training in the DFW area. In addition, she worked for Rogers, in Toronto, Canada, where she provided HR services to their cellular communications company. She is particularly skilled and experienced in staffing, benefits, and employee relations.
Ms. Wagle has a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Western Ontario and an Ontario College Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology.
